needles and pins
i've pins and needles
in my tongue
the dentist's needle
made me numb
my mouth was such
a sorry sight
it gave the dentist
quite a fright
a great big filling
fell right out
and left a gaping hole
no doubt
she chipped and chiselled
drilled and sprayed
while i sat in the chair
and prayed
i really hate
the gurgling sound
of spraying water
whooshing round
i always know
that pretty soon
i'll start to choke
and then i'll swoon
my nerves are shot
my muscles tense
i can't wait till she says
"now rinse"
at last she's finished
time to leave
what a heartfelt sigh
i heave
i beg the tooth gods
hear my plea
"please keep my poor teeth
safe for me"

Cute...I can't stand the dentist either.
